Hi people :)
I am an International Economics student and are about to start my master thesis with the title: The Impact of Asian FDI on South America with focus Peru.
I think that it is important to look into this kind of transactions a bit closer an see what it does to the sustainable development of the accepting nations. Often times the usual conclusion is: the environment suffers because of resource exploitation.
But since I have already done some work on this topic, I can say that if some rules are uphold both money sender as well as acceptant can benefit from those FDI transactions. In this thesis I want not just to reflect the existing theoretical knowledge, but also describe the empirical data I hope to witness on site.
I hope YOU can help me with this
Thanks a lot for reading!
